1、 During the operation of the mixer, special care must be taken when adding materials. It is advisable to avoid heating materials in an empty tank or adding cold materials to a hot tank as much as possible, as excessive temperature differences can have a certain impact on equipment performance. At the same time, it should be ensured that no hard solid objects are transferred into the kettle. For unnecessary addition of large hard materials, they should be crushed before adding.
During the operation of the mixer, attention should be paid to gradually increasing the pressure and temperature of the equipment through the jacket. To achieve the operating pressure, a pressure of 0.1MP should be introduced in advance using a side entry mixer. After holding for fifteen minutes, steam should be slowly introduced.
2、 During operation, attention should be paid to the sealing of flanges, flanges, manholes, and packing boxes. If leaks are found, immediate measures should be taken.
3. When discharging materials, attention should be paid to the fact that if a reliable scraper is blocked, metal tools should not be used for shoveling. Bamboo poles, plastic sticks, or wooden sticks can be used to gently poke open. When the reaction is complete and cooling is needed, wait for the temperature to naturally drop to a certain degree before passing cooling water into the jacket.
