Pay attention to the operation of stainless steel mixer
1. Open the valve of the hydraulic cylinder and use multiple control valves to support the four perforated legs, ensuring stable support and horizontal position of the machine. Then, lift the four hydraulic legs upwards. When using fixed points for a long time, the tires should be removed and placed, wrapped with tire flanges, and the vehicle body should be firmly supported with sleepers or brick pillars. The traction should be moved away and placed properly.
2. Lift your arm using one control valve. Before opening the arm, check whether the wire rope is worn or broken, whether the wire rope clamp screws are tightened, and whether the wire rope is in the pulley groove.
3. When lifting the arm, handle it gently and do not operate too quickly. If the hydraulic cylinder is not in place, please check the oil level of the hydraulic cylinder. If the amount is insufficient, please inject hydraulic oil.
4. The clutch has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Regularly check the lubrication condition of each component and add oil according to the requirements of the lubrication table.
5. Check the installation and connection of the circuit, whether the grounding is firm and reliable, and whether the power supply voltage meets the specified requirements.
6. Clean the stainless steel mixer thoroughly, removing dust and oil stains from the body. Each part of the bolts must not be loose or defective.
7. Check the tightness of the V-belt and the looseness of the steel wire rope. Before starting the pump, inject water into the inlet pipe and pump chamber. Without water, the motor cannot operate.
8. The hydraulic pump is prohibited from reversing and should rotate in the direction of the arrow. The hopper rises first and then falls. During the operation of the mixer machine, attention should be paid to checking for any abnormal phenomena, such as high temperature, abnormal impact sound, etc. The temperature rise inside the reduction tank shall not exceed 35 ℃.
9. After each operation of the stainless steel mixer, clean the accumulated dust inside and outside the mixing drum. Pour an appropriate amount of stones and water into the mixing drum for mixing and cleaning, and then discharge the stones and water.
In case of severe cold weather, the water supply system should be drained after work.
