1. Axial flow agitator is a new type of axial flow agitator that can be used for suspended mixing of liquid-liquid or liquid-solid phases. The cross-section of the agitator blade is composed of an arc and two curved straight edge segments at both ends. The outer edges of the two straight edge segments are composed of several semi-circular arcs forming a wavy curve. The blade is twisted along the axis of the blade from the end to the root, and gradually widens from the end to the root. This mixer enhances the turbulence disturbance in both axial and radial directions, resulting in good mixing efficiency and significant energy savings. The new JH axial flow propeller is a space twisted propeller type, which is composed of many similar arches from one end of the blade. As the half warp increases, the blade angle gradually decreases, and the reasonable blade angle and arch form the propeller, so that when the fluid passes through the blade, there is no vortex area on the back of the blade, achieving the goal of saving power. The excellent axial flow characteristics of JH propeller can make the blade operate far away from the bottom without affecting the operation effect. Axial flow agitator has the advantages of good axial flow characteristics, low energy consumption, and easy manufacturing and installation. It can replace the existing axial flow three bladed impeller and propeller, especially in the technical transformation of mixing reaction vessels, to improve mixing efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, and has significant economic benefits.
2. The application scope is suitable for situations such as solid suspension, liquid mixing, and heat transfer, which require high pumping capacity, high flow rate, and low shear.
3. Technical level: Under the same operating process, the axial flow propeller has a slightly larger diameter than traditional blades, but its power is only 70-80% of traditional blades. Axial flow mixers have better axial flow characteristics, higher flow efficiency, and lower torque requirements than traditional types.
